They have been surrounding the victims - innocent hostages (starved, but fed fully only days before release [2] ) by hundreds of terrorists, knowing full well they're shielded from Israeli defenders eliminations at those hand over moments.  Though the Palestinian Authority (who isn’t 'moderate' by any stretch of imagination) did expose [3] their real cowardice, by stating the facts that they were dressed as civilians, causing so many deaths during the war, and now they brag.
